The Panasonic AK-HC3800GS is a portable studio camera. It is equipped with a 2.2 megapixel high sensitivity 2/3 type 3CCD sensor. It has a 16-bit high-precision image processing circuit. Using the camera in combination with the AK-HCU200 control unit and the AK-HRP200G remote control panel, a studio recording system can be configured at low cost to support fiber optic transmissions.
Camera and control unit can be connected to transmit long distance video signals. The DRS (Dynamic Range Stretch) function suppresses the effects of shadows and excessive light. Film Rec Gamma and Scan Reverse functions provide powerful support in digital cinema production. 12-axis color correction, detail adjustment, skin tone and matrix.
